"Jenny" is the captain of the cheerleader squad and a senior at the prestigious, but totally mythical St. Virgines College for Woman. Part of her "unofficial" duties as cheerleading captain is the initiation of new cheerleaders into the arts of girl/girl loving, a duty the aggressive Jenny performs with skill and gusto. First, she shows shy Vera (Victoria Zdrok) how cheerleaders "stick together;" and then, in an all-out, all-girl slumber party, she takes the lead in teaching Ginger (Lynn Thomas) the cheerleaders' favorite sports, such as pillow fighting, naked wrestling and muff diving.
